When I think of beauty, health & wellness, I think of total self-care & self-love, as in body & mind.  There was definitely a time in my life where I was not living a healthy lifestyle and it wasn’t really until after my accident when I became much more focused on what I was putting in, on and doing with my body. While I was healing I was so motivated for the best recovery, so I was constantly trying to find the best nutrients, vitamins, etc I needed for my body to bounce back. I had a major reality check as to how precious life is, so I wanted to really start taking care of my body and mind. To me, wellness is making sure not only my physical but also my mental health is being taken care of.
