Hi babes! During quarantine I made a little at-home workout guide. So here’s a list of my fave (& freeee) workout videos, the best fitness/health influencers to follow and affordable equipment to level up your home workout. Oh, and linking my workout clothes wishlist, duhh.
mini bands – legit wear these all day long, like when i take my dog on a walk or just cooking in the kitchen, booty bands always. i love the thicker, fabric ones for around my thighs or right under my knees and then I like the plastic (?) ones for around my ankle.
ankle weights – i do 2.5 lbs per ankle, mine are basic (same with my bands) but i want to get the bala (chic & cute) ones, but they’ve been sold out lately
yoga mat – absolutely love my lululemon one, worth it
reusable water bottle – my friend got me a bkr one for my birthday and such a good present, i’m obsessed and it is so chic
hand towel – you can use any old small towel to use as gliders
