quick & easy snack – tzatziki recipe
What You Need:
- greek yogurt
- dill (you can do fresh or dried, or both. I used dried)
- cucumber (seedless or remove and chop into little pieces)
- minced garlic or galt salt/powder
- fresh squeeze lemon juice
- little bit of olive oil mixed in
Amounts depend on how much you are making/ your taste preferences. I’d start with less and add as you like. I am bad about using exact amounts ( sorry!! I will get better about that). I made a small batch for this since I just wanted a quick snack.
Once you have all your ingredients out and ready, you just throw them in a bowl and mix it up (told ya, quick + easy)
What To Eat It With:
You can use this as a sauce or a dip. Like I said, I was just trying to make a quick snack, so I used it as a dip with veggies and garlic naan from Trader Joe’s. You can also use this recipe as a sauce or dressing (on a salad or gyro-styled sandwich). Enjoy!
