The best season is finally here and it’s time to cozy up to the flavors of autumn. Trader joe’s has all the seasonal goodies you could need, so here is a round up of my fave fall foods:

Sweet Potato Gnocchi
I think these may be my new favorite, even more than the cauliflower gnocchi. I made these sweet potato gnocchi in a pan with olive oil + a LITTLE bit of water, like a splash. I added in a little bit of pesto and chopped spinach – so good.

I was just there yesterday and missed so many of these! Only pumpkin things I got were 3 cute little pumpkins to decorate my coffee table. I guess I’ll be going back for that mac and cheese!
